| 摘 要： | 分析了重型机械制造厂机床设备的特点、选择方法及机床选择对工艺设计的影响；研究了集成上工艺设计对机床的资源模型的需求和策略；提高了面向集成环境的不资源动态模型；详细介绍了模型的构成及其在大型减速器ＣＡＰＰ专家系统中的具体应用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,characteristics of machine tool in heave machinery plant are introduced,the selection method of machine tools is discussed,influence of machine tools'selection on processplanning is analyzed.Some requirements thatshould be satisfied in modelling of machine tool resource for an integrated production environmentare given. The heavy machinery dynamic machinetool resource modelling is presented.The structureof the modelling is described. Finally,applicationof the modelling in the speed reducer CAPP expertsystem which has been used in Luoyang miningmachinery plant is introduced. |
