| Abstract: | In this paper, an introduction to CIMS(Computer integrated Manufacturing System)technology popularization and application in Guangdong province is given. Some experiences and lessons in enterprises carrying out CIMS are summarized. Especially, in order that enterprise achieving economical benefit and reducing the investment wastes for CIMS,some important measures and tactics in organization structures and technological routes are discused. |
