| 摘 要： | 论述了水文监测质量的概念、重要性和必要性。分析了影响水文监测质量的因素,优化人力结构提高人员素质、积极引进先进监测技术和设备、大力弘扬水利职工精神创造和谐环境是提高水文监测质量的"三要素"。剖析了水文监测质量现状和进一步提高质量存在的问题,提出了解决问题的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the concept of hydrological monitoring quality,importance and necessity,and analyzed the factors influnced the hydrological monitoring quality.The optimal manpower structure to improve staffs quality,actively input the advances inspection technology and equipment,and vigorously promote the harmonious environment for the staffs spirt of water conservancy were the three essentials for improving the hydrological monitoring quality.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of hydrological monitoring quality,this paper put forward some relative sugestions and contermeasures to solve the problem above. |
