冷冻干燥法制备的前驱体研究

摘    要:利用XRD、SEM研究了冷冻干燥法制备的前驱体。结果表明:冷冻干燥法制备的前驱体为表面光滑的无定性态。盐相沿晶界分布形成了片状形态,沿大单晶冰粒边界分布则形成了六边形态。当溶液浓度较高时,主要是片状前驱体;当溶液浓度较低时,则出现六边形态的前驱体。

Abstract:The precursor of freeze drying was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the precursor of freeze drying is amorphous with a smooth surface. The salt phase along grain boundary forms flaky structure, while the salt which distributed in the big single crystal boundary forms hexagon. When the concentration of the solution is high, the main precursor structure is flake and it appears hexagonal pattern when the concentration is low.
