提高东山选矿厂精矿-200目含量的工业试验研究

摘    要:通过对东山选矿厂2000年改造后的阶段磨选流程影响铁精矿-200目含量的可行性分析,提出了实施半自磨工艺和圆筒筛改造方案。现场实施改造后,精矿细度由-200目占67%提高到85%,精矿品位和回收率也得到了提高。

Abstract:Based on the feasibility analysis of influencing the concentrate minus 200 mesh by the staged grinding and separation flowsheet transformed in 2000 at Dongshan Concentrator,a new transformation scheme of semi autogenous grinding technology and drum screens was put forward.Its on site implementation has improved the concentrate fineness from 67% to 85% minus 200 mesh and the concentrate grade and recovery have also been increased.
