丁腈橡胶微观结构和主要成分对胶辊胶圈纺纱性能的影响

摘    要:简要介绍了丁腈橡胶的微观结构和主要成分,说明其分子链结构、分子量大小、分子量分布、空间构型和几何构型等微观结构不同,对丁腈胶辊、胶圈纺纱性能的影响不同;由丁二烯和丙烯腈经乳液聚合法制得的丁腈橡胶,其主要成分丙烯腈含量高低直接影响丁腈橡胶的硬度、弹性、强度及耐磨、抗静电、耐油、耐寒等纺纱性能。指出应根据使用条件不同,选用适当的配合剂和并用剂,提高丁腈橡胶相应的物理化学性能,以研制出能纺好纱的胶管、胶圈。

Abstract:Brief introduction is made to the micro-structure and the main elements of NBR, stating that there is some difference in micro-structure of molecule regarding molecule chain, molecule weight, molecule distribution, space conformation and geometry conformation, thus resulting in some impact on spinning performance of the cot and the apron. NBR is made through the process of latex polymerization of butadi- ene and acrylonitrile. The content of the main elemnet acrylonitrile have some direct impact on the rigidity, elasticity, strength, wear-resistance, static-resistance, oil-resistance, warmth of the yarn. Proper conjugatation agent and juxtaposition agent should be used according to the application condition so that the perfomance of NBR is upgraded for better cot and apron for better yarn.
