镍基粉末高温合金中夹杂物的微观力学行为研究

摘    要:采用扫描电镜原位拉伸和原位疲劳实验,直接跟踪观察人工植入夹杂(Al2O3)的粉末高温合金(P/MRene95)中夹杂物的微观力学行为(特别是裂纹的萌生、扩展以致断裂的过程)。同时,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立含夹杂物的P/MRene95合金的有限元分析模型,计算在受力状态下夹杂物及其周围基体的应力应变场分布,进而从宏观动力学角度分析夹杂物的微观力学行为。

Abstract:Special designed SEM in situ tensile and fatigue tests have been conducted to trace the whole process of crack initiation and propagation till to fracture of Al2O3 seeded P/M Rene 95 Ni-base superalloy. Stress and strain field distribution around inclusions has been calculated by means of elasto-plastic finite element method(FEM)with a commercial software of ANSYS. Further analyses have been conducted in combination with the results of in situ tensile and fatigue tests and FEM simulation.
