银川市旧住宅区的外环境景观整治研究

从调查银川市旧住区的外环境现状着手，以具有代表性的凤凰碑西北角的住宅群作为实例进行分析，发现其存在“外立面与周边环境严重不协调”，“绿化面积不足”，“违章建筑占用户外空间”，“旧有煤房影响环境美化”等有关景观方面的问题。提出了进行景观整治时“高起点规划、高标准设计、高水平建设、高效率经营”的设计指导思想与“扩大居民从事户外活动的空间”，“增加户外绿色植被的面积”，“填补宅问应有的景观服务设施”，“建构住宅外立面的可识别性、归宿感”，“融入代表地域、传统文化特点的设计符号”和“协调住区与周边环境的关系”的具体措施和设计方法。

Research on the landscape reconstruction of the old style uptowns in Yinchuan

This article is based on the investig ation and analysis about landscape o f the old style uptowns in Yinchuan.A ccording to the present landscape problems in them,such as the poor coordination b etween the uptown facade and the environment of them,the scarcity of the green,occu pying the motive out-space and influ encing the environmental beautific ation,the guideline and some measures or methods of recon structive design have been raised here.The guideline is planning on the h igh beginning,designing on the high criteria,buil ding at the high level and operating w ith the high efficiency;then we shou ld expand the motive out-space for dwellers,add t he out areas of green,infill the serv ice installations for landscape,co nstruct the identifi-ableness and home-returnableness,fuse the symbols of location and cult ure,coordinate the connection betw een the uptowns and the environment.
