某电厂风机油站的常见故障和处置方法

摘    要:某电厂2台超超临界机组的风机油站设计存在缺陷,油站运行中曾发生过双筒油滤器清理漏油、油泵出口逆止阀卡涩、油站控制电源故障及动力电源接线松动油泵全停等情况。针对此类典型故障,采取了"L"型中空油槽螺塞、增设滤网旁路、加装逆止阀隔离球阀、增加逆止阀阀芯的平衡孔、优化控制系统及改进动力电源接线等处置方法,从而解除了此类故障,提高了设备运行的可靠性,可为同类型设备系统的改造优化提供借鉴。

Abstract:There are original design defect in the two sets of ultra supercritical unit fan oil stations in a power plant, faults like double barrel oil filter cleaning oil spills, oil pump outlet check valve jam, oil station control power failure and oil pump shutdown due to loose power supply connection have occurred. Measures like use of "L" type hollow oil slot plug, adding filter bypass, installation of check valve and isolation valve, increasing valve core on the appropriate balance holes, optimizing the control system and power wiring have been taken, thus the above problems have been completely solved, equipment reliability has been improved, and it can provide some references for the transformation and optimization of the same type of equipment system.
