摘    要:分析了某330MW循环流化床机组降压吹管的基本过程,介绍了降压吹管、临时系统布置及关键参数控制等方法。实践结果表明,采用降压方法进行吹管时,临时系统的布置较简单,吹管期间锅炉床温床压较稳定,各受热面不超温,炉内温度变化基本满足浇注料的烘炉要求,达到了吹管要求的吹洗质量。对同类型机组的蒸汽吹管工作有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The paper introduces the basic information of the blowpipe for a 300 MW unit in the CFB Power Plant, including the method, temporary system layout, the course and key parameter control etc. Practice results showed the adopting of the pressure dropping method simplified the temporary system, and the bed temperalure and pressure was stable as well as the temperature of heating surface was normal. In addition the change curve of the bed temperature satisfied the muffle furnace of the castable as well as the required blowpipe coefficient and hlowing quality. Praclice results can provide certain reference of steam blowpipe for the same type unit.
