摘    要:为了满足雷达发射机中行波管的钛泵电源的高电压、高功率密度等要求,设计了一种小型化钛泵高压模块电源,该电源主功率电路为级联式流馈推挽DC-DC变换器,高压输出采用四倍压结构,输出电压为3.6~4.0 kV,最大输出功率为10 W.该模块电源具有宽输入、小体积、低功耗、高功率密度及过流保护功能等.

Abstract:In order to satisfy high voltage,high power density and other requirements of titanium pump power supply of traveling-wave tube in radar transmitter,this paper designs a miniaturized titanium pump high voltage module power supply.The main power circuit of this power supply is cascade current-fed push-pull DC-DC converter,the high voltage output adopts quadrupler voltage structure.The output voltage is 3.6~4.0 kV,the maximum output power is 10 W.The module power supply is provided with broad input,small volume,low power consumption,high power density and over-current protection function and so on.
