| Abstract: | In this paper,by analyzing the trepanned samples in the stationary crack heavy back up roll.It is illustrated that the stationary crack is connected with the high hydrogen contents,thermal stress and misconducted heat treatment procedure.Counter-policy is also provided to improve the quality in heavy back up roll. |
