大型风力发电机组微机监控装置的研制

摘    要:介绍了国家“九五”攻关项目风力发电机组微机监控装置的技术方案,其核心是两个高性能的微处理器芯片,分别负责模拟量、开关量的采集、处理及机组控制、交流量采集与计算。系统主要功能有:风力发电机组的自动启、停及顺序控制,由双向可控硅控制的软并网功能,电气保护与安全保护等。提供了硬件结构框图及软件设计思想。该系统已在国内某风电厂投运成功。

Abstract:This paper presents a new design of microcomputer-based monitoring and control device of large capacity wind turbine generators. The key parts (two CPUs) deal with analogous data and digital data acquisition and processing. generator control and alternating current data acquisition and calculation respectively. The main functions include automatic start and stop of wind turbine generators and sequential control. soft synchronizing function controlled by bidirectional thyristor. electric protection and accident prevention. The designs of system hardware and software are given. This system has been applied successfully in a certain wind power plant.
