摘    要:本文初步提出了单层工业厂房动态抗震投资决策的基本思想和方法。文中建立了一种动态投资决策模型,利用这种模型可以较好地确定单层工业厂房的最优抗震设防水平和最优抗震加固水平等重要信息,从而为单层工业厂房的抗震设计和加固决策提供初步的理论依据。

THE DYNAMIC DECISION METHOD FOR THE OPTIMAL LEVEL OF THE EARTHQUAKE PROOF AND STRENGTHENING OF SINGLE STORY FACTORY BUILDING
Abstract:Some fundamental ideas and methods on the dynamic decision of aseismic investment of singlestory industrial factoy building are tentatively brought forward in this paper. A kind of dynamic decisionmodel is built up. By using this model, some important information, such as the optimal aseismic pre-vention level and optimal aseismic strengthening level of single story industrial factory building etc., canbe acquired. This will provide preliminary theoretical criterion for the aseismic design and strengtheningdecision of single story industrial factory building.
