摘    要:研究了机械设备智能故障诊断模型的建立、应用及实施过程。提出智能故障诊断决策目标,并建立相应决策模型和智能故障诊断的评价指标体系,最后将层次分析方法分别与模糊综合评价和灰色关联分析相结合,为智能故障诊断的正确决策提供分析方法。

Abstract:Studies the set up, application and implementation process of the intelligent fault diagnosis model of mechanical equipment. The decision-making goals of intelligent fault diagnosis are proposed. Combine the analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gray relational analysis respectively, and intelligent diagnostic evaluation will be integrated into the intelligent fault diagnosis decision-making process organically to provide a strong analytical support for the correct decision-making of intelligent fault diagnosis. Finally, a relevant case study about the largescale printing equipment-offset press dampening PZ4650 is made.
