新型固化剂在人造硬壳层中的应用

摘    要:坦克抢滩登陆时,淤泥质软土海滩成为制约坦克顺利通过的主要"瓶颈",若能在较短时间内形成一层能够承担坦克通过产生的荷载的硬壳层,则能为坦克抢滩创造机会。通过对滨海地基特点进行分析,提出利用环氧树脂构造硬壳层。但由于滨海淤泥含水量高,且一般处于潮湿状态,如果直接铺浇会严重影响环氧树脂层的固化速度和效果,甚至导致环氧树脂不能固化。因此,在铺浇环氧树脂层以前先采用一种新型的土壤快速固化剂AX进行喷射,快速固化表层淤泥,形成一层硬壳层,隔绝底层淤泥中的水分,然后再在其上铺浇环氧树脂,形成复合硬壳层。通过对采用AX固化1 h左右的不同含水量的淤泥进行无侧限抗压强度试验和直接快速剪切试验,验证了固化剂AX的快速性和有效性。

Abstract:The silty beach is the main bottleneck to tank's sudden landing.If an artifical hard crust could be made in a short-time,which could reach the bearing capacity request of tanks,it would create a certain chance for the sudden events.As the characteristics of coastal foundation were researched,the new technique of coastal foundation treatment was presented,which was artifical hard crust constructed with epoxy resin.As the moisture content of the silt is very high,if the epoxy resin is directly paved on the silt,the water in the silt would make the epoxy resin uncured.So a neotype soil stabilizer AX is needed to inject into the silt before paving the epoxy resin,which could quickly cure the top silt,form a new hard crust and isolate the water.Then pave the epoxy resin on it,and a composite hard crust is formed.The unconfined compressive strength test and direct shear test were taken to the silt with different moisture content cured about 1h,the influencing factors were analysed,and the rapidity and validity of soil stabilizer AX was proved.
