Discussion on the Assessment of Modern Human Resources

Modem HR assessment is the key method of HR management. In order to raise HR management level of all - leveled organization and leaders after the mechanism transformation, some problems are discussed in this paper such as how to grasp the rule, way, procedure , how to deal with the relationship between assessment standard and the capacity of employees, how to enhance the validity and reliability of assessment, how to improve work efficiency of organization as well as personal overall faculties etc.
