摘    要:以混酸(H2SO4+HNO3)为浸取剂研究了混合铜矿浸出动力学,详细考查了温度、粒度以及浸取剂的浓度对反应速率的影响.结果表明:浸出过程的控制步骤为化学反应过程,浸出过程的表观活化能为45.73 kJ/ml,根据研究结果建立了反应的动力学方程.

Abstract:The reaction kinetics of the mixed acid (H2SO4 HNO3) leaching of compositecopper ore was studied. The influence of temperature, particle size and leaching solution concentration on extraction of copper was investigated. The results show that the leaching processfits in a surface reaction control model. The apparent activation energy was calculated to be45.73 kJ/mol. The order of the reaction was 0.5 with respect to H and 1 with respect to NO3.The kinetic equation of the reaction is given by
