汽车暖风机下壳体CAE优化与模具设计

摘    要:针对轿车暖风机下壳体侧壁多且深、细小筋位较多等复杂结构特征,结合CAE技术进行了3种浇注系统方案的优化分析,确定了最优的注塑成型工艺方案;模具结构为两板式热流道一模一腔结构,产品的脱模包括型腔前模脱模和型芯后模脱模两种方式;设计中利用了Moldfl ow2015进行注塑工艺优化分析,UG–HB_Mould6.6外挂进行结构设计和改进;模具结构设计合理。

Mould Design and CAE Optimization for Automobile Heater Under-shell
Abstract:According to complicated structure characteristics of automobile heater under-shell with numerous and deep side wall and lots of fine rib etc., three kinds of gating systems for optimization were analyzed combined with CAE technology, so the optimal scheme of injection molding was given, mould structure was designed with two plate hot runner mold and cavity layout designed with one molud one cavity mode, the product of demoulding included two ways of cavity demoulding and core demoulding. In the design, the software Moldflow2015 was used for injection molding process optimization analysis, and UG software plug-in HB_Mould6.6 was used for structure design and improvement; mould structure design was reasonable.
