STUDY ON THE COMPARISON BETWEEN HYDROCYCLONE CLASSIFICATION AND SPIRAL CLASSIFICATION IN JINDUICHENG

Classification indexes and production costs of classification equipment which are hydrocyclone and spiral classifier were compared in this paper , they are used in single-stage grinding of Baihualing concentrator in Jinduicheng。 And improvement suggestions for existed problems were offered。Through comprehensive analysis and contrast, It was concluded that spiral classifier had superiority over hydrocyclone in single-stage grinding classification combined with concentrator's fact。 Therefore, it is much adapted to single-stage grinding classification.
