摘 要: | 对金堆城百花岭选矿厂一段磨矿采用的分级设备—水力旋流器和螺旋分级机的分级指标和生产成本进行了比较 ,并对存在的问题提出了改进建议。综合分析比较 ,结合选矿厂现实情况 ,一段磨矿分级采用螺旋分级机比采用水力旋流器更具优越性 ,更为合适

Abstract: | Classification indexes and production costs of classification equipment which are hydrocyclone and spiral classifier were compared in this paper , they are used in single-stage grinding of Baihualing concentrator in Jinduicheng。 And improvement suggestions for existed problems were offered。Through comprehensive analysis and contrast, It was concluded that spiral classifier had superiority over hydrocyclone in single-stage grinding classification combined with concentrator's fact。 Therefore, it is much adapted to single-stage grinding classification. |
