摘    要:介绍一种用于将SL6504高分辨率感应测井仪挂接到通用数控测井系统的感应测井仪面板.该面板以奔腾级PC104模块为核心,具有独立的深度系统,支持多种深度编码方式;采用曼彻斯特编码半双工传输方式与井下仪器通讯,与Atlas3508遥传短节兼容;通过RS-232接口向数控测井系统主机传送数据;采用模拟输出可挂接模拟信号采集设备.采用专用键盘和图形液晶显示器实现人机交互,完成测井、刻度、参数设定、刻度文件转储等功能.

Abstract:A logging panel used to connect the SL6504 high resolution induction logging tool with general digital controlled logging unit is described. This panel is based on PC104 module embedded Pentium CPU. It has an independent depth system which accepts multiple types of depth encoding signals. It communicates with downhole tools in half-duplex Manchester coding mode. The data rate is 20 8 kilobits per second, which is compatible with Atlas's 3508 telemetry cartridge. It has two output modes: the digital mode is based on RS-232 interface which can directly communicate with the host computer of digital controlled logging unit; the analog mode can drive analog recording equipment. The man-machine communication interface is composed of thin film keyboard and liquid crystal display (LCD), which makes the panel independently realize the functions such as interaction, logging, calibrating, setting parameters, and storing calibration files in or out without digital controlled logging unit.
