钒铁成分偏析影响因素及对策

摘    要:介绍了V2O3电铝热法冶炼钒铁的特点,从钒铁冶炼工艺着手探讨了合金成分的偏析情况,得出了影响该合金成分偏析的主要因素,进一步对相关因素进行了分析,并针对性地提出了消除成分偏析的有关措施,对V2O3电铝热法冶炼钒铁生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The paper introduces the characteristics of smelting ferrovanadium by V2O3 electrical aluminothermic process, and discusses the segregation situation of alloy composition by ferrovanadium smelting technology. The major factors to affect the segregation of ferrovanadium composition is obtained, and the factors are analyzed further then put forward measures to remove the segregation of alloy composition. It is significantly important to guide smelting ferrovanadium with V203 electrical aluminothermie process.
