纵向补偿技术在大型电炉上的应用

摘    要:较详细地阐述了纵向补偿技术的原理其及优点,提出了运用纵向补偿技术需要注意的几个问题。在实际生产中,纵向补偿技术在30 MVA矿热炉上的应用补偿度深,可较好的改善冶炼条件,达到明显的增产降耗的效果。通过实践证明纵向补偿技术更适宜于大型矿热炉。

Abstract:States the principle and merits of longitudinal compensation technique, put forward a few questions need to be noticed when applying this technique. In actual production, when the longitudinal compensation technique is applied to 30 MVA submerged arc furnace, the degree of compensation is deep, it can better improve smelting condition, achieve the apparent effect of increasing production and reducing consumption. The practice proves that longitudinal compensation technique is more suitable for large-scale submerged arc furnace, can guide the follow-up research work.
