谈低频电源在矿热炉的应用

摘    要:介绍了低频电源在矿热炉的应用情况,提出矿热炉使用低频电源装置,可以提高产量、节约电能、降低电极消耗,同时分析了低频电源增产节电的原理,指出低频电源还具有降低噪音、改善环境、增加金属回收率等优点,能够产生显著的社会效益和经济效益,具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:Introduced the application of low frequency power supply to submerged arc furnace. Put forward that the output had been increased, electric energy had been saved and electrode waste had been decreased after low frequency power supply was applied to submerged arc furnace. Meanwhile, analyzed the principles, pointed out that low frequency power supple had other advantages such as the decrease of noise, improvement of environment and increase of metal recovery. It has a significant social benefits and economic benefits and vast potential for future development.
