用钛精矿与钛渣冶炼钛铁的研究

摘    要:以钛精矿与钛渣为原料研究了铝镁热法制备高钛铁的工艺,讨论了炉料单位热量及不同还原剂配方对冶炼效果的影响。实验结果表明,铝镁热法制备高钛铁在技术上是可行的,用铝镁做还原剂,炉料单位热量为2 950 kJ/kg时可制备钛含量为68.2%的钛铁合金,用镁代替10%的用铝量可使钛铁合金中的铝含量小于4%。

Abstract:The technology of smelting terrotitanium with titanium concentrate and slag was researched. It was discussed that unit heat of furnace burden and the influence on melting results with different reducing agent formula. The experiments proved that it was feasible to smelt high ferrotitanium with aluminium-magnesium process. Taking aluminium-magnesium as the reducing agent to smelt ferrotitanium with 68.2% Ti was possible when unit heat of furnace burden was 2 950 kJ/Kg. The aluminium content in the ferroalloy was under 4% if 10% of aluminium consumption was replaced by magnesium.
