摘    要:阐述了瑞典UHT公司开发的一种由高碳锰铁、高碳铬铁"一步法"冶炼中低碳锰铁与中低碳铬铁的工艺。该方法称为CLU,与AOD(氩氧混吹脱碳法)类似,不同的是在喷吹气体的过程中引入了水蒸气,从而降低了氩气的消耗,同时提高了锰、铬的回收率。"一步法"与传统的电硅热"两步法"相比,贵金属回收率高,设备投资小、运行率高、运行成本低。

Abstract:A one-step process for refining Midium-Low Carbon Ferromanganese (M-LCFeMn) and Midium-Low Carbon Ferrochromium (M-LCFeCr) from High Carbon Ferromanganese (HCFeMn) and High Carbon Ferrochromium (HCFeCr) has been developed by UHT Company, Sweden. The process is named CLU which is similar to AOD process (Argon Oxygen Decarburization). The difference is that the steam is introduced in jetting gas for decarburization during CLU process, with the aim to decrease the consumption of Ar, meanwhile, increase the yield of Mn and Cr. Compare this one-step process with the traditional two-step method, the process with CLU has a lot of advantages, like higher valuable metal yield, lower investment of equipment, higher operation rate, and lower operation cost.
