| 摘 要： | 介绍了硅钙矿热炉烟气除尘技术及微硅粉尘的应用途径,利用双级旋风预处理器和正压袋式除尘器处理硅铁电炉烟气,运行稳定可靠,投资省,费用低,不仅解决了烟气环境污染问题,而且回收应用前景广泛的微硅粉,取得了较好社会效益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | Introduces flue gas dust removal technology of silica-calcium submerged arc furnace and application ways of micro-silica dust, makes use of the doublestage whirlwind preprocessor and positive pressure bag filter to handle the flue gas of ferrosilicon furnace. The operation is stable and reliable, the investment and cost are low. The dust removal technology can not only solve the problems of smoke pollution, but also recycle the widely applied micro silica power, moreover, social benefit and economic benefit have been obtained. |
