| 摘 要： | 针对高速拉丝机对拉丝模孔型结构的严格要求及拉丝模具生产和维修过程的需要，利用单片机和计算机处理技术，以微小位移传感器为测量手段，应用数据拟合算法，从硬件、软件2方面对拉丝模孔径测量系统架构进行了设计，使用表明，拉丝模孔型测量仪性能稳定、测量准确。

| Abstract: | According to strict requirements of aperture shape of high-speed drawing die and producing/repairing process,the paper expounds how the aperture measuring system for drawing die is designed,from two aspects of hardware and software,by means of computer technology,micro displacement measuring way,and data fitting algorithm.Application shows that the instrument is stable in performance and accurate in measurement. |
