摘    要:从土壤和水中分离得到的脱氮微生物菌群经载体固定化后,可直接用于治理养殖水体的氨氮污染,发酵菌液经6000g离心分离后,均匀喷雾到麸皮载体上,可制得固态微生态制剂,在制剂的制备过程中,对影响生物制剂的菌体活化性能和氨氮降解性能的诸多因素进行了考察,得出了适宜的制备条件为:制剂最终含水量控制在8%(w/w)、脱脂牛奶作保护剂,自然密闭保藏或冷藏,将制得的固态微生物制剂存放三个月后,验证其微生物生长繁殖性能和氨氮降解性能均未下降。

PREPARATION OF SOLID MICROBIAL DENITRIFIERS FOR AQUACULTURE WATER
Abstract:The solid microbial denitrifying preparation isolated from soil and water could efficiently remove ammonia from aquaculture water by immobilizing on wheat bran. The preparation was made as follows: The culture broth was first centrifuged at 6000g, then sprayed on the wheat bran evenly. The factors affecting the capacity of both ammonia removal and microbial growth were studied. The optimum preparation conditions were determined: the water content in the preparation was controlled at 8%(w/w), skimmed milk being used as the protectant, naturally sealing in polyethylene bags. After three months'storage, no decreases in both the microbial propagating capability and ammonia removing ability was observed.
