三峡摆塔式缆索起重机塔架的结构特点

摘    要:承载索悬挂装置的一对成90°的支承轴,可保证架空部分的零部件不会在塔架摆动时倾斜;塔架底部的径向关节轴承能够避免塔架纵向摆动时产生弯曲应力及补偿塔架的安装位置误差;塔架塔头和顶部的悬挂滑轮支架可绕支承轴摆动,能减小起升索和牵引索从悬挂滑轮绳槽中引出的偏角。

Abstract:There are two bearing shafts which make an angle of 90 in the track rope suspension set. They ensure theoverhead parts not rotate when the mask swings. The radial-spherical plain bearing on the bottom of the mast can avoidthe mast produce bending stress when the mast swing in the direction of lengthwise and can compensate for erectionposition error of the mast. The guide sheaves holder on the top platform of the mast and the mast head can swing aroundits support shaft, which can reduce the slanting angles of hoisting rope and traverse rope leading from the guide sheavesrope race.
