导电塑料的电阻率与压力关系研究

摘    要:研究炭黑填充聚偏二氟乙烯导电塑料在使用环境压力变化时电阻率的变化规律。研究结果表明,当环境压力在0.1 ̄12MPa变化时,塑料基体与填料炭黑同时发生弹性变形,对炭黑导电链影响不大,电阻率较稳定,该种导电塑料可以在压力有较大变化的环境下使用。

Abstract:Some performances of conductive plastics were studied. The laboratory results show that its electric resistance were stable while pressure changed. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) filled with carbon black can be used when pressure changed between 0.1 - 12 MPa.
