海南省糖料蔗高质量发展的推进落实措施探讨

海南是我国传统的糖料蔗主产区,有着优越的自然条件和种植传统,但近年来种植面积大幅下滑,种植效率低、效益低等问题突出,面临着产业退出的风险。本文在分析海南省糖料蔗产业现状及问题的基础上,探讨和提出了加强认识、加大政策支持、强化工农联盟,走集约化、规模化、产业化的种蔗之路,推广良种良法、加强生产管理和突破以机收为重点的全程机械化生产等措施,巩固和发展海南省糖料蔗产业,实现海南省糖料蔗高质量发展。

Discussion on Measures to Promote the High Quality Development of Sugarcane in Hainan Province

Hainan Province is a traditional sugarcane producing area in China,which has superior natural conditions and planting tradition.However,in recent years,the planting area has declined sharply,and the problems of low planting efficiency and low benefit are prominent.Therefore,Hainan Province is facing the risk of industrial withdrawal.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of sugarcane industry in Hainan Province,this paper discusses and puts forward some measures to consolidate and develop the sugarcane industry in Hainan Province,such as strengthening understanding,increasing policy support,strengthening the alliance of industry and agriculture,taking the intensive,large-scale and industrialized way of sugarcane planting,promoting good varieties and good methods,strengthening production management and breaking through the mechanized production with machine harvesting as the focus,with a view to consolidating and developing sugarcane industry in Hainan Province,and achieving high quality development of sugarcane in Hainan Province.
