摘    要:为不断完善甘蔗单芽种植技术,加快推进甘蔗良种产业化进程,有效降低生产成本,促进甘蔗产业可持续发展,本研究以桂糖49号为试验材料,研究不同种植密度对甘蔗单芽生产的影响。结果表明:随着种植密度增加,各农艺性状指标均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,T3处理(5芽/m)种植密度表现最佳,其出苗率、分蘖率和有效茎数与其他处理均达到极显著(P<0.01)差异;不同种植密度对甘蔗可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量未达到显著性影响;甘蔗抗倒能力强弱表现为T4>T3>T2>T5>T1>T6;不同种植密度下甘蔗品质无明显变化规律,但产量和产糖量表现出显著性差异,其中T3处理(5芽/m)可获得最佳产量(83.85 t/hm2)和产糖量(13.44 t/hm2)。综合分析得出:桂糖49号甘蔗单芽适宜种植密度为5~6芽/m。该结果可为甘蔗单芽种植技术的推广提供参考依据。

Abstract:In order to improve the single bud planting technology of sugarcane,accelerate the industrialization process of sugarcane improved varieties,effectively reduce production costs,and promote sustainable development of sugarcane industry,Guitang49 was used as material in this study,and the effects of different planting density on single bud production of sugarcane was studied.The results showed that with the increase of planting density,all agronomic indexes showed a trend of rising and then decreasing,T3 treatment(5 buds/m)showed the best planting density,and its germination rate,the tillering rate and the millable stalks reached extremely significant(P<0.01)difference.Different planting densities had no significant effect on soluble protein,soluble sugar,MAD and proline contents of sugarcane.The plant lodging resistance of sugarcane was T4>T3>T2>T5>T1>T6.There was no obvious change rule of sugarcane quality under different planting density,but there were significant differences in yield and sugar yield.The optimal yield(83.85 t/hm2)and sugar yield(13.44 t/hm2)could be obtained by T3 treatment(5 buds/m).According to the comprehensive analysis,the suitable planting density of single bud of Guitang49 was 5~6 buds/m.The results could provide reference for the popularization of single bud planting technology of sugarcane.
