双母体叠合型紫外线吸收剂的合成及其应用

摘    要:针对现有商品紫外线吸收剂吸收强度弱和吸收范围窄的问题,将苯并三唑和均三嗪这两种在不同紫外线波段有较强吸收的光稳定片段引入同一分子中,合成一种具有较高摩尔消光系数和较宽紫外线吸收波段的双母体叠合型紫外线吸收剂UV-D1。试验中,采用红外光谱和核磁氢谱等表征其分子结构;采用高温高压竭染法,以UV-D1对涤纶织物进行处理。结果表明,经0.5%UV-D1整理的涤纶织物UPF值大于50。

Abstract:To solve the problems of weak absorption and narrow absorption range of existing UV-absorbers,the bi-parent UV-absorber UV-D1 is synthesized by introducing fragments of benzotriazole and triazine into one structure.Since the two UV stabilizer fragments have strong absorption in different UV bands,absorber UV-D1 features high molar extinction coefficient and broad spectrum protection.The structure of UV-D1 is characterized by FTIR,1H-NMR and mass spectrometry.The UPF of polyester fabric treated with 0.5% UV-D1 is above 50.
