辽河油田多介质组合重力泄油(SAGP)技术研究

摘    要:辽河油田杜84块馆陶油层为一巨厚块状边顶底水超稠油油藏,在进入蒸汽吞吐开发的中后期,自2005年开始陆续开展了蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)先导试验,取得了较好开发效果.但随着试验规模的不断扩大和深入,在SAGD中后期采取何种措施,来控制蒸汽腔纵向上扩展,抑制顶水下泄,进一步提高开发效果已迫在眉睫.多介质组合重力泄油(SAGP)是由SAGD演变而来的工艺,在注入蒸汽中加入少量的非凝析气体,以便调整蒸汽腔的扩展方向,降低蒸汽上升速度,从而抑制顶水下泄,有效延长SAGD生产时间.通过对SAGP生产机理的分析,结合杜84块超稠油地质研究和蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)开发效果评价,优选适合杜84块SAGP添加的非凝析气体的种类,研究设计并优化SAGP的有关注采工艺参数,给出了SAGP技术在试验区应用的开发指标预测结果.研究表明,SAGP是提高杜84块蒸汽辅助重力泄油开发效果行之有效的手段.

Abstract:Guantao oil reservoir of Du84 block in Liaohe oilfield is a super-heavy oil reservoir with giant massive bottom water at edge and on top.After entering the middle-later stage of the steam stimulation development,pilot test of steam-assisted gravity Drainage(SAGD) has been made since 2005.Better development results were obtained.But as the continued expansion of trial on the size and depth,measures of controlling the steam chamber on the vertical expansion and inhibiting the top water discharged,and further improving the development effect should be researched immediately in the later period of the SAGD.SAGP is evolved from SAGD process.A small amount of non-condensate gas is added to the steam to adjust the expansion direction of the steam chamber and decrease the ascending velocity of steam,thereby the top water discharged will be inhibited and the production time of SAGD will be prolonged effectively.Based on the analysis of production mechanism of SAGP and geological research and development result analysis of SAGD in Du84 block of Liaohe oilfield,the appropriate non-condensate gas is selected,and the technical parameters of injection and production for SAGP development mode are optimized,and the development results of pilot area for SAGP are predicted.Research shows that SAGP is an effective way to improve the SAGD development result in Du84 block.
