家蚕丝蛋白纳米颗粒的研究进展

摘    要:家蚕丝蛋白由于具有良好的物理、化学和生物学性能,以及其无毒、无害、无免疫原性,与人体有较好的组织相容性等特性,近年来在材料学、化妆护肤品、生物医学等领域有着广阔的应用前景。文中介绍家蚕丝素与丝胶蛋白纳米颗粒的制备方法及其应用,包括相分离法、乳化-溶剂蒸发法、盐析法、电喷法、电场调控法、自组装法、接枝共聚法和纳米混悬法,并指出了现研究阶段存在的问题。

Abstract:Silk protein has great potential applications in material science,cosmetics,biomedicine and other fields due to its excellent physical,chemical and biological properties,as well as its characteristics of avirulence,innocuity,non-immunogenicity and good histocompatibility for human body.This article details the preparations of silk fibroin and sericin nanoparticles,including phase separation method,emulsion-solvent evaporation method,salting out method,electrospray method,electrical control method,self-assembling method,graft copolymerization method and nanosuspension technology.Existing problems in resent research are pointed out.
