摘    要:以双氰胺、甲醛、氯化铵和氯化铝为主要原料,制得甲醛-双氰胺-聚合氯化铝复合絮凝剂,探讨了催化剂、反应时间和反应温度对复合絮凝剂性能的影响.利用单因素和正交试验法,研究了复合絮凝剂对印染废水脱色的影响因素及工艺条件.结果表明:复合絮凝剂对印染废水的较佳工艺条件为30℃、pH=7、絮凝剂80 mg/L.该条件下印染废水的脱色率达90.36%.

Abstract:Formaldehyde-dicyandiamide-polyaluminum chloride composite flocculant was prepared by di cyandiamide,formaldehyde,ammonium chloride and aluminum chloride as main raw materials.Effect of cata lyst,reaction time and reaction temperature on the properties of composite flocculant was investigated.Mean while,single factor and orthogonal experiments were conducted to determine the influence parameters and op timal process conditions of composite flocculant on the decolorization of dyeing wastewater.The results showed that the decolorization rate reached 90.36% under the optimum process conditions: solution tempera ture 30 ℃,pH=7 and 80 mg/L of flocculant.
