| 摘 要： | 建立了纺织品中富马酸二甲酯的高效液相色谱测定方法.纺织品中的富马酸二甲酯经乙酸乙酯在超声波辅助条件下提取后,在反相C18柱上用乙腈和水梯度洗脱,用二极管阵列检测器检测,定量波长为216 nm.本方法定量限为0.05 mg/kg,达到欧盟2009/251/EC指令规定的0.1 mg/kg的限定要求.回收率为94.2%～99.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.77%～5.52%,符合残留物分析的技术指标要求. |

| Abstract: | The method of determination of dimethyl fumarate(DMF) by high performance liquid chroma tography(HPLC)was developed.After extracted from textiles by microwave-assisted ethyl acetate,DMF was eluted from C18 stationery liquid column with gradient elution of acetonitrile and water,and detected by di ode-array detector(DAD) at 216 nm as quantitative wavelength.The method was evaluated with low detec tion limit of 0.05 mg/kg,which below the legal limitation of 0.1 mg/kg regulated European detective 2009/251/ EC.The recovery rate of this method was 94.2%~99.7% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) value was 1.77%~5.52%,both of which meet the technical requirements of residue analysis. |
