聚酯/聚酰胺嵌段共聚纤维的染色性能

摘    要:研究了聚酯/聚酰胺嵌段共聚纤维织物的染色性能和耐碱性,并与常规聚酯织物进行对比。结果表明,聚酯/聚酰胺嵌段共聚纤维织物100℃染色就能达到常规聚酯130℃染色的K/S值和上染百分率,且干摩擦牢度4~5级、湿摩擦牢度4级,耐熨烫色牢度可达4级以上。在相同的温度、碱用量和促进剂用量下,改性聚酯的碱水解要比常规聚酯的剧烈;在相同减量率下,改性聚酯的顶破强力下降,但比常规聚酯的缓慢;随着碱量率的增加,改性聚酯和常规聚酯织物的K/S值都呈缓慢下降趋势。

Abstract:The dyeing properties and alkali resistance of polyester/polyamide block copolymer fiber are researched and compared with those of traditional polyester fiber.The results show that polyester/polyamide dyeing at 100 ℃ can obtain the similar K/S value and dye uptake as traditional polyester dyeing at 130 ℃,and the polyester/polyamide dyeings have good dry rubbing fastness of 4~5 grade,wet rubbing fastness of 4 grade and ironing fastness of up to 4 grade.Alkaline hydrolysis of modified polyester is more violent than that of traditional polyester with the same dosages of alkali and promoter under the same temperature.The decrease in bursting strength of modified polyester is lower than that of traditional polyester with the same weight loss percentage.The K/S values of modified polyester and traditional polyester reduce slowly as the increase in weighting loss percentage.
