麻赛尔纤维基本性能测试与分析

摘    要:测试了麻赛尔纤维的基本性能,并与普通粘胶纤维进行了比较.结果表明,麻赛尔纤维纵向有深浅不一的多条连续分布的条纹,截面为独特的不规则C型异型结构.干态断裂强度与粘胶纤维接近,湿态断裂强度是粘胶纤维的1.4倍,干态、湿态断裂伸长率均小于粘胶纤维,干、湿态初始模量均大于粘胶纤维,为粘胶纤维的1.1~1.2倍,回潮率为12.86%,与粘胶纤维相近.静、动摩擦因数均大于粘胶纤维,卷曲率、卷曲弹性率和残留卷曲率均小于粘胶纤维.麻赛尔纤维的红外吸收光谱具有典型的纤维素纤维特征谱带,但在2 915 cm-1附近,麻赛尔纤维与粘胶纤维峰形有差异.

Abstract:The basic properties of Jutecell fiber were tested and compared with those of common viscose fiber.The results showed that there were a number of uneven stripes in continuous distribution in the long direction of fibers,and a unique and irregular C-shaped structure in the cross section.The dry break strength of Jutecell fiber is close to that of viscose fiber,but the wet break strength is four times of viscose ones.Both the dry and wet break elongation of Jutecell fiber is lower than that of viscose fiber.And both dry and wet initial modulus are 1.1~1.2 times of viscose fiber.In addition,the moisture regain of Jutecell fiber is 12.86%,which is close to viscose ones.The static and dynamic friction factors of Jutecell fiber are bigger than viscose fibers,however,the curl rate,elastic recovery rate and the residual curl rate are smaller than viscose ones.The infrared absorption spectrum of Jutecell fibers has a typical characteristic spectrum of cellulose fibers,however,in the vicinity of 2 915 cm-1,the peak shape of Jutecell fiber and viscose fiber is different.
