环糊精作用下核壳型含氟丙烯酸酯乳液的合成及表征

摘    要:在β-环糊精(β-CD)的作用下,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)为主要单体,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFHMA)为含氟单体,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法合成了核-壳结构含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液.通过FTIR、TEM、XPS、PSD、CA等手段分别对共聚乳液的结构与组成、粒径大小及粒度分布、乳胶膜对水的接触角进行了表征,并探讨了β-CD对单体转化率的影响.结果表明:DFHMA有效参与了共聚反应,所得含氟乳液具有核壳结构,单分散性良好,微球粒径处于纳米级,且粒径随着β-CD用量的增加而增加,而粒度分布随β-CD用量的增加先减小后增加,单体转化率随着β-CD用量的增加先上升后下降.另外,经含氟共聚乳液处理后的棉织物具有较好的疏水性能,接触角可达139°.

Abstract:A novel core-shell structure fluorine-containing acrylic polymer was prepared by pre-emulsion and semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization in the presence of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) using methyl methylacrylate(MMA) and butylacrylate(BA) as main monomers,dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(DFHMA) as fluorine-containing monomer.Structure and composition of co-polymer emulsion,the particle size and distribution as well as contact angle to water was characterized by FTIR,TEM,XPS,PSD and CA measurements.The effect of β-CD on monomer conversation was also investigated.The results showed that DFHMA effectively involved in the copolymerization,the obtained emulsion had core-shell structure and good monodispersity,microsphere size was in the nanometer.And particle size increased with the increase of β-CD amount,but particle size distribution decreased firstly and then increased.Conversation increased then decreased with the increase of β-CD amount.In addition,the cotton fabric treated with fluorine-containing copolymer latex exhibited good hydrophobility and contact angle was up to 139°.
