摘    要:针对传统PID控制算法用于不确定时变系统的局限性,以微控制器C8051F020为主控单元设计控制器和外围电路,闭环温度由键盘设定并液晶显示.依据MATLAB/Simulink仿真结果,提出基于模糊集理论的离散时间模糊优化控制方法,包括离线的决策矩阵计算和在线的实时量化测量.调整模糊输入论域实现一阶惯性滞后对象温度检测和无超调无静差精确跟踪,并由控制器输出实时更新PWM以控制加热装置.VB 6.0环境下调试MSComm串行通信协议实现记录集动态刷新并绘制监测数据曲线.研究表明,闭环模糊控制系统满足预期各项性能指标,能有效抑制外界扰动.从理论的角度证明提出策略的正确性,其定点跟踪能力和鲁棒性能优于常规PID控制.

Abstract:Because conventional control algorithm has certain limitations when it’s applied in uncertain time-varying system,an effective configuration of controller is constructed by utilizing C8051F020 as the core,as is the external circuits.The closed-loop has keyboard-presetted temperature given value and LCD display function.According to the MATLAB/Simulink simulation results,the discrete-time fuzzy control algorithm is developed,which includes off-line calculation of the decision matrices and on-line quantization of real-time measurements.The fuzzy universe is adjusted to ensure that the first order lag plus inertia process is stable and shows no steady-state errors.To control status of the heating device PWM is updated timely by the domination output of the controller.The serial communication protocol between PC and the MCU is debugged successfully with MSComm in VB 6.0 and the record set is dynamically refreshed.The detected data is analyzed in the form of curve drawing.Careful research demonstrates that the closed-loop system satisfies all the expected indices,having good anti-interference capabilities.Not only correctness but advantages over the conventional controller,such as set-point control tracking and robustness of the proposed method has been manifested theoretically.
