| 摘 要： | 利用偏离-份额法,实证分析了江苏建筑业发展的结构偏离和竞争力偏离状况。实证结果表明,江苏省建筑业总体竞争力不强,建筑产业中房屋工程业的比重过大,而建筑安装业和建筑装饰业的比重过小,从而制约了江苏省建筑业总体竞争力的提升。

| Abstract: | Based on Shift-Share Method, this paper analyzed the structure and competitiveness shifts of Jiangsu construction industry. The conclusion shows that the competitiveness of Jiangsu construction industry is not strong as a whole, the proportion of Housing industry is high, while the proportion of Building Installation industry and Building Decoration industry is low, thus the competitiveness of Jiangsu construction industry has been restricted. |
