| 摘 要： | 在钢包烘烤工艺中引入了ＭＣＳ－５１单片机系统，并采用ＰＤ调节，实现对煤气流量，钢包温度的自动检测与控制，其温控范围为室温至１１００℃，控温精度为±５℃，文章对系统的硬件组成及软件设计作了介绍。

| Abstract: | MCS 51 microcomputer system is introduced into the steel bay baking process with PD control to change the traditional temperature judgement method of steel bay, thus the automatic detection and control of gas flow and steel bay temperature are realized. The range of temperature control is from room temperature to 1100 degree C with an accuracy about plus and minus 5 degree C. The configuation of hardware and software design are described in this paper. |
