纳米TiO2薄膜光催化降解罗丹明B的研究

摘    要:本文采用sol-gel法制备了TiO2溶胶,以载玻片作为底材,用提拉法镀膜,经高温热处理后得到了TiO2纳米晶薄膜。采用XRD、SFM研究了薄膜的物相及其结构特征,UV-vis研究了薄膜的光吸收特性,以罗丹明B溶液作为目标反应物,研究了溶胶的浓度、pH值以及热处理气氛对TiO2薄膜光催化性能的影响。

Abstract:TiO2 colloid was prepared by means of sol-gel method.TiO2 colloid was coated on the surface of glass,then dried and sintered,and nanometer TiO2 thin film was formed. The phase and structure of the film have been studied by XRD and SEM,and the absorbency of the film has been researched by UV-vis spectroscopy.The photocatalytic activities for the degradation of rhodamine B were investigated.The results indicated that the concentration,pH of TiO2 colloid and heat-treatment atmospheres have obvious effects on the photocatalytic degradation rate.
