| 摘 要： | 以江苏省泗洪县梅花镇总体规划为例，针对泗洪火车站的建设给梅花镇城镇建设发展带来的机遇，分析研究了梅花镇在重大交通枢纽引导下的跨越式发展可行性及小城镇跨越式发展中发展速度与规模的问题，以指导小城镇建设规划。
