浅谈金安桥水电站左岸砂石加工系统增容改造

摘    要:金安桥水电站左岸人工砂石加工系统试生产期间发现制砂量达不到设计要求,同时石粉含量与砂脱水也存在较大矛盾,为此,进行了增容改造。改造施工完成后,制砂系统产量满足设计要求。为了解决石粉含量与砂脱水的矛盾,业主决定将砂的石粉含量控制在10%~14%,考虑到运输过程中石粉的损失,监理在实际生产中石粉含量按照11%~15%控制。在长达近半年的时间里混凝土施工强度超过原设计最高强度的情况下,保证了砂石料的供应,创造了玄武岩砂石料全年时段浇筑碾压混凝土的成功先例。
