柔性连续抽油杆提捞式抽油机系统效率研究

摘    要:针对低渗透、低产量油井,设计了柔性连续抽油杆提捞式抽油机。介绍了该抽油机主要结构和工作原理,并推导了系统输入功率、输出功率以及系统效率的计算公式。给出了常规抽油机井和提捞式抽油机井能耗和系统效率的计算实例。结果表明,在相同油井条件下,与常规抽油机-抽油泵系统相比,提捞式抽油机系统效率较高,耗电量较低。
