普通内摆线型双头螺杆泵建模及运动仿真

摘    要:根据螺杆泵转子和定子型面成型机理,用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立了普通内摆线型双头螺杆泵的三维实体模型,并用运动学分析软件COSMOSMotion对其进行了运动仿真和分析。结果表明,转子型线上圆弧段各点以及靠近圆弧段的点的运动轨迹都是类三角形,其他各点的运动轨迹为打扣的类三角形。得出了:①转子型线上各点的速度和加速度的变化规律;②齿凸和齿凹接触点的相对滑动速度的变化规律。

Abstract:According to formation mechanism of rotor and stator surface of screw pump,screw pump model is established by 3D modeling software SolidWorks.Using COSMOSMotion software,achieved motion simulation and analysis of rotor and stator,the results show that,trajectory of point on the circular and close is similar to triangle,trajectory of other point is similar to buckling triangle;achieved the variation of Velocity and acceleration of point on the rotor surface;achieved the variation of comparatively slide veloc...
