交流变频电驱动钻机起升系统仿真研究

传递函数是线性定常系统求解过程中常用的数学模型,此方法可以方便地求解钻机起升系统的微分方程。以交流变频电驱动钻机为例,对起升系统的不同工况进行了模拟。仿真结果表明,低速电机绞车具有较好的起升特性,能够满足钻机起升的要求。由于Simulink具有很强的灵活性,在仿真的过程中可以结合实际情况,加入系统阻尼、随机载荷等变量,与微分方程求得的结果相比,能够更好地模拟钻机起升过程的实际工况。
